Asthma appointment

You have been invited for an Asthma Review by the practice. This is a 20 minute telephone consultation with one of our practice nurses.

You can book this online via your online service i.e. NHS App or Patient Access. A receptionist will also be able to book you an appointment.

When you have booked your appointment, you will receive a second text a fews days before your telephone appointment to complete a short questionnaire to give the nurse an indication of how controlled your asthma is. 

Failure to book a review can result in your condition deteriorating, more hospital visits and delays in your medication.
