Private Fees

Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:

• To Whom it May Concern
• Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
• Insurance claim forms  
• Prescriptions for taking medication abroad
• Private sick notes
• Vaccination certificates

The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales, Click here for pricing guidelines.

Some reports will have their own forms supplied by the organisation, which must be completed at the practice. In these cases, please leave the form with the reception with your request.

Otherwise, if you require the practice to prepare a letter of support or another type of report, please use E-consult and complete a request under 'I want administrative help' and choose an option.

You will be contacted to confirm the amount which needs to be paid. Payments can be made in cash and by card.

Your request will not be carried out before payment is made.
